## Ingredients

- 2 slices bread
- 1 slice cheese
- 2 spoonfuls pesto
- 4 slices sun-dried tomatoes
- 3 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

## Instructions

1. Toast the bread slices.
2. Spread melted cheese on one slice of bread.
3. Add pesto to the cheese.
4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes.
5. Place mozzarella slices on top.
6. Use a kitchen blowtorch to melt the cheese.
7. Top with another slice of toasted bread.
8. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the sandwich.
9. Cut the sandwich in half.
10. Serve and enjoy!
