# Chocolate Peach Ice Cream

## Ingredients

- 450 grams peaches
- 400 grams condensed milk
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 80 grams chocolate bar

## Instructions

1. Add one can of peaches (450 grams) to a strainer to remove the syrup and separate the fruit.
2. Add the peach pieces to a blender, cover, and blend well.
3. Add the blended peaches to a bowl and add one can of condensed milk (approximately 400 grams). Mix both ingredients together.
4. In another bowl, add 500 ml of well-chilled whipped cream and beat it with a hand mixer until it hardens.
5. Add the peach mixture to the whipped cream and mix lightly.
6. Chop an 80-gram chocolate bar into small pieces and transfer them to the ice cream mixture. Mix lightly.
7. Add the mixture to a larger bowl and spread it evenly. Freeze for four hours.
