# Cafe Latte Fudge

A silky smooth, creamy fudge with a decadent cafe latte flavor.

## Ingredients

- 400 g white chocolate
- 397 g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2-3 tsp instant espresso

## Instructions

1. Add white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and instant espresso into a large pan.
2. Place pan on low to medium heat and stir constantly until all ingredients are melted and combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a lined 8 or 9 inch baking tin and spread it into the corners.
4. Place the tin in the fridge to set for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours.
5. Remove from tin, peel off the paper, and cut into desired square sizes.

## Tips

- You can swap the white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate if you prefer a less milky flavor.
- If you don't like coffee, simply leave it out for a plain white chocolate fudge.
- You can use salted butter if you prefer it over unsalted.
- The more espresso you add, the stronger the coffee flavor will be.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge to prevent it from becoming too soft at room temperature.
