# 3-Ingredient Oreo Cake

## Ingredients

- 42 Oreos
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 380 ml milk
- 45 g unsalted butter
- 45 g cream cheese
- 125 g icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0 Crushed Oreos

## Instructions

1. Separate the Oreos and crush the biscuits finely.
2. Whisk the crushed biscuits with baking powder.
3. Add milk and Oreo cream. Whisk until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into a lined baking tray and bake at 180°C/160°C fan for 20-25 mins.
5. Whisk together softened butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract.
6. Gradually whisk in icing sugar.
7. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
