## Ingredients

## Instructions

1. Season chicken with salt, shallot, and garlic.
2. Bake the seasoned chicken.
3. Chop cooked chicken.
4. Chop bacon and cook it in a pan.
5. Chop onion and cook in a pan with salt.
6. Chop leek and add it to the pan.
7. Add cooked bacon to the pan.
8. Chop garlic and add it to the pan.
9. Add roast chicken, black pepper, and mustard to the pan.
10. In a pot, add flour and chicken stock.
11. Add sauce to the chicken, leek, and bacon mixture.
12. In a pot, add chicken bones, vegetables, peppercorns, chicken stock, and madeira.
13. Add flour, butter, and water to a bowl and mix.
14. Roll out dough.
15. Add dough to a pie tin.
16. Add the chicken, leek, and bacon mixture to the pie tin.
17. Cover pie with more dough.
18. Mash potatoes.
19. Add butter and milk to the mashed potatoes.
