# Spritz Normand

A Norman re-interpretation of the classic Italian Spritz cocktail, to be consumed in moderation.

## Ingredients

- 2 cl Calvados
- 2 cl pommeau
- 4 cl cidre brut
- 2 cl eau pétillante

## Instructions

1. Dans un verre à vin rempli de glaçons, verser le calvados.
2. Ajouter le pommeau.
3. Allonger avec le cidre brut.
4. Compléter avec l'eau pétillante.

## Tips

- Use real Campari (bitter Nardini) for a better taste instead of Aperol.
- Be careful not to overdo it with ice cubes.
