## Instructions

1. Add honey, ketchup, soy sauce, vegetable oil, toasted sesame oil, red pepper flakes, cornstarch slurry, diced onion, and minced garlic into a non-stick sprayed crockpot, and whisk until incorporated.
2. Add boneless, skinless chicken thighs to the crockpot, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat in the sauce.
3. Cover with the lid and cook on low.
4. Use two forks to break the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
5. Add broccoli florets and coat them in the sauce.
6. Cover and cook for another 20 to 30 minutes.
7. While the chicken and broccoli cook, prepare ramen noodles by removing the spice packets and cooking the noodles.
8. Add the cooked noodles to the crockpot and toss everything together.
9. Serve with an extra drizzle of sauce, diced scallions, and toasted sesame seeds.
