# Chocolate Cake

This is the best chocolate cake that melts in your mouth and is so easy to make.

## Ingredients

- 125 g plain flour
- 200 g caster sugar
- 65 g cocoa powder
- 0.75 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 large egg
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 125 ml warm water
- 170 g milk chocolate
- 125 g sour cream

## Instructions

1. Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk these together.
2. Then add your egg, oil, milk and vanilla and mix until smooth.
3. Gently pour in warm water and whisk until the batter is nice and runny.
4. Pour it into a lined baking tray and bake in the oven at 150C (fan) for 30-40 minutes.
5. Once cool, make your icing by mixing together melted chocolate and sour cream until smooth.
6. Spread it over the cake.
7. Cut it out and enjoy.
