# Hawaiian Pizza Toast

## Ingredients

- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- Olive oil
- Fresh tomato sauce
- 1 ball Mozzarella
- Ham
- 1 Pineapple
- Basil
- Parmesan

## Instructions

1. Drizzle the sourdough bread with olive oil.
2. Massage the olive oil into the bread.
3. Toast the bread under the grill.
4. Take the toasted bread out of the oven.
5. Spread fresh tomato sauce onto the toasted bread.
6. Add mozzarella on top of the tomato sauce.
7. Place ham on top of the mozzarella.
8. Add pineapple chunks on top of the ham.
9. Put the pizza toast back into the oven to melt the cheese and cook the toppings.
10. Remove the cooked pizza toast from the oven.
11. Place a few basil leaves on top of each pizza toast.
12. Grate fresh parmesan cheese over the pizza toast.
13. Serve the Hawaiian pizza toast.
