# Mississippi Pot Roast Dip

A delicious dip made with pepperoncini peppers, sour cream, au jus, ranch seasoning, and mayo.

## Ingredients

- 0.25 cup pepperoncini peppers
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 pack au jus mix
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 0.5 cup mayo
- 0.5 tablespoon pepperoncini juice

## Instructions

1. Slice up a quarter cup of pepperoncini peppers finely.
2. Push the sliced pepperoncinis to the side.
3. Put 16 ounces of sour cream into a bowl.
4. Add half of the sliced pepperoncinis to the sour cream.
5. Add one packet of au jus mix.
6. Add one packet of ranch seasoning.
7. Add half a cup of mayo.
8. Add half a tablespoon of the pepperoncini juice.
9. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
10. Sprinkle the remaining half of the pepperoncinis on top for decoration.
