## Ingredients

- 100 ml Panna fresca
- 100 g Zucchero a velo
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 1 inter Guscio di frolla
- 1 qb Salsa alla vaniglia
- 1 qb Lamponi
- 1 qb Mirtilli
- 1 qb Fragole
- 1 qb Gelatina spray

## Instructions

1. Montare la panna fresca con lo zucchero a velo
2. Aggiungere il mascarpone e amalgamare fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea.
3. Preparare il guscio di frolla.
4. Versare la crema pasticcera sulla base di pasta frolla e distribuirla uniformemente.
5. Decorare la crostata con lamponi e mirtilli.
6. Tagliare le fragole e metterle sulla crostata.
7. Spruzzare la gelatina spray sulla crostata.
