## Instructions

1. Add olive oil to a pot.
2. Add chopped onions to the pot.
3. Add minced garlic to the pot.
4. Add chopped jalape

5. Add chili powder, cumin, and oregano to the pot.
6. Add paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
7. Pour chicken broth into the pot.
8. Add seasoned chicken breasts to the pot.
9. Cover the pot and let it simmer.
10. Remove the chicken and shred it.
11. Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
12. Add cream cheese to the pot.
13. Add salsa verde to the pot.
14. Add green chiles to the pot.
15. Add cannellini beans to the pot.
16. Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese to the pot.
17. Add a large bunch of cilantro to the pot.
18. Serve the chili in a bowl.
19. Top with a dollop of sour cream.
20. Garnish with shredded cheese.
