# Steak bites queso dip

## Ingredients

- cream cheese, cubed
- yellow cheddar cheese, cubed
- white onion, diced
- green chiles, diced
- canned diced tomatoes and green chiles
- taco seasoning
- ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

## Instructions

1. Place cubed cream cheese and yellow cheddar cheese into an aluminum pan.
2. Add diced onion, diced green chiles, canned diced tomatoes and green chiles, and a portion of the taco seasoning to the pan with the cheeses.
3. Place the pan on the grill to melt the cheeses.
4. Stir the cheese mixture until smooth.
5. Cut the ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces and season with remaining taco seasoning.
6. Sear the seasoned steak bites on a hot flat-top grill until browned.
7. Top the melted queso dip with the seared steak bites.
