## Ingredients

- 1 tube crescent roll dough
- 8 whole string cheese, frozen
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- to taste shredded mozzarella (optional)
- to taste crumbled bacon (optional)

## Instructions

1. Unroll the crescent dough.
2. Add a frozen string cheese and bacon to each triangle.
3. Roll them up, leaving the ends of the cheese slightly exposed.
4. Top with shredded mozzarella and a little extra bacon.
5. Bake at 375°F until golden and melty.

## Tips

- Freeze your string cheese first to help the crescent rolls get golden without all the cheese melting out.
