# Life-Changing Lettuce Salad

## Ingredients

- shredded lettuce
- 1 lemon
- a little bit olive oil
- flat quarter size salt
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste pepper
- a splash white vinegar

## Instructions

1. Start with shredded lettuce, then cut one lemon and put the juice in the bowl with the lettuce.
2. Add a little bit of olive oil.
3. Add salt, enough to make a flat quarter sized pile in your hand.
4. Grate one clove of garlic into the bowl.
5. Add pepper to taste.
6. Add a splash of white vinegar.
7. Mix everything together, making sure it's all incorporated well.

## Tips

- You can use whatever kind of lettuce you want, this is just iceberg.
- You can put whatever you want in it, such as peppers, or feta cheese.
