## Ingredients

- 4 pork chop
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 4 tab butter

## Instructions

1. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, and minced onion in a container.
2. Add pork chops to the marinade and mix to coat.
3. Cover the container and place in the refrigerator to marinate.
4. Remove pork chops from the marinade and place on a grill.
5. Sear both sides of the pork chops on the grill.
6. Place four tabs of butter on a metal pan and put the pork chops on top of the butter tabs.
7. Return the pan to the grill and cook until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
