## Ingredients

- drizzle olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- spices salt
- spices pepper
- spices pili-pili
- spices parsley
- bit pasta cooking water
- 100 ml double cream
- 200 g uncooked rigatoni
- 100 g mozzarella
- for the topping Basil

## Instructions

1. Brown garlic and shallots in olive oil.
2. Add the tomato paste and spices. Stir.
3. Add pasta cooking water, cream and stir.
4. Add the cooked pasta and stir.
5. Add the mozzarella and stir.
