# Queso Dip

Super simple queso dip that only requires one pan and a few ingredients to heat up.

## Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 5 slices American cheese
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese
- 1 can Hatch green chiles
- chicken bouillon
- garlic pepper
- kosher salt

## Instructions

1. Add one cup of heavy whipping cream into the cold pan.
2. Add 4 ounces of cream cheese.
3. Add 5 slices of American cheese.
4. Add 8 ounces of pepper jack cheese.
5. Add one can of Hatch green chiles.
6. Add some chicken bouillon.
7. Add a few cracks of garlic pepper.
8. Finish with a little pinch of kosher salt.
9. Put the pan on the stove over medium-low heat and whisk everything together.
10. Keep moving the mixture around so it doesn't burn and bring it all up to temperature real slowly.
11. Once the dip is melted, creamy, and smooth, pour it into a bowl.
12. Serve and enjoy with tortilla chips.
