# Trending Potato Pancakes

## Ingredients

- 3 potatoes
- 3 tsp chopped green onion
- 50 g sliced Spam
- 1 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 tsp ground pepper
- 4 egg white
- 1 tsp plain wheat flour

## Instructions

1. Thinly slice potatoes with Grandma's cleaver.
2. Rinse with water from Mississippi River.
3. Add chopped green onion, sliced Spam, salt, ground pepper, egg white, and plain wheat flour.
4. Stir well.
5. Form a nest in Grandma's pan.
6. Place a lonely egg yolk in the center.
7. Fry both sides on low heat until browned.
8. Dish up.
