## Ingredients

- 1 tbs sun-dried tomato oil
- 0.5 yellow onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 0.33 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 0.66 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1.5 cup heavy cream
- 0.33 cup pasta water
- 0.33 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 0.75 cup panko seasoned bread crumbs
- 2.5 tbs olive oil

## Instructions

1. Cook your chicken cutlets and begin sauce.
2. Add sun-dried tomato oil, onions, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan.
3. Add tomato paste and deglaze pan with chicken stock.
4. Cook heart-shaped pasta in boiling water with salt.
5. Add seasonings, heavy cream and pasta water to the sauce.
6. Mix in parmesan cheese and baby spinach.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix.
8. Plate chicken on top and sprinkle parsley.
9. Serve and enjoy!
