## Ingredients

- 2 cup chocolate cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup caramel sauce

## Instructions

1. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter and press firmly into a lined 8-inch square pan.
2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth.
3. Whip the heavy cream until fluffy, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
5. Mix melted chocolate with chopped peanuts and spread over the top.
6. Drizzle with caramel sauce and refrigerate until firm.
7. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
