# Cinnamon roll mug cake

This is a recipe to make a cinnamon roll mug cake.

## Ingredients

- 6 tbsp plain flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 60 ml warm water
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- cinnamon
- butter

## Instructions

1. Mix together all the ingredients for the cake in a small bowl until smooth.
2. Make the cinnamon swirl with butter, light brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. Pour half the cake batter into a large mug.
4. Swirl half the cinnamon mix.
5. Pour the rest of the batter on top and smooth it out.
6. Add the rest of the cinnamon swirl.
7. Mix together sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this all over the cake.
8. Microwave on medium (400W) for 1 min 20 secs, until there's no wet batter left.
