# 花生香蕉巧克力希臘優格

## Ingredients

- 150 g 希臘優格
- 30 g 無糖花生醬
- 1 whole 香蕉
- 3 tbsp 希臘優格
- 25-30 g 77% 黑巧克力

## Instructions

1. 將150g希臘優格與花生醬拌勻。
2. 鋪上切小塊的香蕉，再鋪上約3大匙希臘優格抹平。
3. 冷凍1-2小時，讓表面稍微定型。
4. 淋上融化的黑巧克力，等凝固即可。
