## Ingredients

- 500 grams chicken pieces
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1 cup onion
- 1 package baby spinach
- 200 ml double cream
- 500 grams penne pasta
- 100 grams grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley

## Instructions

1. Season the chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook the chicken pieces in a frying pan.
3. Melt butter in a large pot and saute chopped onion and red bell pepper.
4. Add the spinach.
5. Pour in the double cream and stir well.
6. Add more mixed herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
7. Stir in cooked penne pasta.
8. Add the cooked chicken and stir gently.
9. Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
10. Serve and garnish with fresh parsley.
