# Cookie cats

These cat-shaped ice cream cookies were a favorite of Steven's.

## Ingredients

- flour
- cocoa
- butter
- sugar
- egg
- strawberry ice cream
- whipped cream ice cream

## Instructions

1. Combine flour, cocoa, and butter.
2. Add sugar and egg.
3. Wrap the shortcrust pastry in plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour.
4. Roll out and cut out the dough with the cat-shaped mold.
5. Bake the cookies at 170°C, fan-assisted, for 15 minutes.
6. Create strips of strawberry and whipped cream ice cream on a baking sheet.
7. Put it back in the freezer for half an hour, then cut out with the same mold.
8. Put the ice cream between the two cookies.

## Tips

- Do not spread the ice cream in the sun
