- 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 0.5 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

## Instructions

1. Position rack in top third of oven and preheat broiler.
2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
3. Toss chicken, oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt on the prepared baking sheet until evenly coated.

13. Add the chicken to the balsamic mixture in the medium bowl and toss until evenly coated.
14. Arrange the chicken mixture in a single layer on the same baking sheet.
