## Ingredients

- 12 apples
- 1 cup sugar

- 50 gr butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup pistachios

## Instructions

1. Wash the apples.
2. Cut the apples into slices.
3. Prepare caramel by cooking sugar and water in a frying pan.
4. Add butter to the caramel.
5. Pour the caramel into a baking tray.
6. Arrange apple slices on the caramel.
7. Whisk the eggs, sugar and oil together.
8. Add flour to the mixture.
