## Ingredients

- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Mike's Hot Honey

## Instructions

1. Cut sweet potatoes in half.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Place sweet potatoes cut side down on a lined baking sheet.
4. Rub remaining olive oil on the opposite side.
5. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with Mike's Hot Honey.
7. Broil until the top is golden brown.
