# Apple Roses

## Ingredients

- 400 g puff pastry
- 2 pcs red apples
- 40 g sugar
- 10 g cinnamon

## Instructions

1. Cut the puff pastry into equal strips.
2. Core two apples and cut them into thin slices.
3. Place the apple slices on a puff pastry strip.
4. Sprinkle with sugar.
5. Fold the edges of the dough over the apples.
6. Roll the dough into a flower shape.
7. Place on a baking sheet.
8. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
9. Bake for 20 minutes.
