- 1 teaspoon מלח
- 3 cloves שום כתושות
- 2 teaspoons סילאן
- 2 tablespoons שמן זית

## Instructions

1. ערבוב האורז עם רסק עגבניות, פפריקה מתוקה, סוכר ומלח.
2. תיבול הכרעיים עם פפריקה מתוקה, תבלין גריל עוף, מלח, שום כתוש, סילאן ושמן זית.
3. פריסת האורז המתובל בתבנית אפייה.
4. הנחת הכרעיים המתובלים מעל האורז.
5. הוספת המים לצידי התבנית.
6. כיסוי התבנית בנייר כסף.
7. אפייה בתנור שחומם מראש ל 180 מעלות טורבו, כשעה עם כיסוי.
8. אפייה נוספת של רבע שעה ללא כיסוי.
