## Ingredients

- 2 pieces burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 150 grams tomato paste

## Instructions

1. Cut the burrata cheese in half.
2. Add olive oil to the burrata cheese.
3. Put the mixture into a piping bag.
4. Fill the silicone mold with the mixture.
5. Add the tomato paste to a saucepan and heat it until it boils.
6. Remove the burrata from the mold.
7. Insert the wooden skewer.
8. Dip the burrata balls in the tomato paste.
9. Place them on parchment paper to cool down.
