# Better Than the Box Brownie Mix

This recipe makes a homemade brownie mix that can be used to make a single brownie, a 8x8 pan, or a 9x13 inch pan of brownies.

## Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups cocoa powder
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 0.5 cups corn starch
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 units eggs
- 0.75 cups oil
- 1.5 tablespoons water
- 1 dash vanilla

## Instructions

1. Start with three cups of all-purpose flour.
2. Add two cups of cocoa powder.
3. Add four cups of sugar.
4. Add two cups of brown sugar.
5. Add half a cup of corn starch.
6. Add one and a half teaspoons of baking powder.
7. Add a heaping teaspoon of salt.
8. Mix all dry ingredients together.
9. In a separate bowl, combine three eggs, 3/4 cup of oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons of water, and a dash of vanilla extract.
10. Mix wet ingredients together until completely incorporated.
11. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combined.
12. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
13. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
