## Ingredients

- processed cheese (white)
- processed cheese (yellow)
- onion, diced
- diced green chiles
- diced tomatoes and green chiles
- taco seasoning
- ribeye steak

## Instructions

1. Open the taco seasoning packet.
2. Place chunks of white processed cheese into an aluminum pan.
3. Add chunks of yellow processed cheese to the pan.
4. Add diced onions.
5. Add diced green chiles.
6. Add diced tomatoes and green chiles.
7. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the ingredients in the pan.
8. Place the aluminum pan into the grill.
9. Stir the ingredients in the pan with a wooden spoon.
10. Close the grill and let it cook.
11. Slice the ribeye steak into thin strips.
12. Cut the steak strips into small cubes.
13. Season the steak bites with taco seasoning.
14. Mix the seasoning thoroughly with the steak bites.
15. Transfer the seasoned steak bites to a hot griddle.
16. Cook the steak bites, flipping them with a spatula until browned.
17. Remove the cooked queso from the grill.
18. Add the cooked steak bites on top of the queso.
19. Serve and enjoy with tortilla chips.
