# Salmon and Cream Potatoes Boats

## Ingredients

- 2 salmon steaks
- 3 russet potatoes
- 0.5 cups heavy cream
- lemon
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- spice mix for salmon
- paprika
- garlic powder
- Italian herb mix
- olive oil

## Instructions

1. Prepare the boats from baking sheets.
2. Preheat the oven at 400°F (200°C).
3. Cover salmon steaks in olive oil and add salt, pepper, and a spice mix of choice.
4. Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces. In a bowl, mix them with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
5. Assemble the boats by placing a layer of potatoes and steaks on top.
6. Add heavy cream or half and half on top.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
8. Serve with lemon and parsley on top.
