- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 0.5 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp white pepper
- salt
- 0.5 cup plain flour
- 0.25 cup corn starch
- 1 tsp salt
- water
- crushed cornflakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup sliced cabbage
- 1 spring onion chopped
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tsp msg (optional)
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- salt

## Instructions

1. Slice the medium-firm tofu into thick pieces.
2. Crush cornflakes and add them to a bowl with 1 tsp of salt.
3. Prepare the flour batter by mixing 1/2 cup plain flour, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1 tsp salt, and water until it reaches a pancake batter consistency.
4. Dip the tofu slice into the flour batter.
5. Coat the battered tofu slice in the crushed cornflakes.
6. Air fry the cornflake-coated tofu at 200°C for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Spray with a little oil.
7. Slice cabbage and chop spring onions.
8. Combine the sliced cabbage and chopped spring onions in a bowl.
9. Add 2 tbsp vegan mayo, 1 tsp MSG (optional), 1 tsp light soy sauce, and salt to taste to the cabbage and spring onion mixture, then mix to create the slaw.
10. Prepare the orange sauce by combining 1 cup fresh orange juice, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1/2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp white pepper, and salt to taste in a bowl.
11. Grate garlic into the orange sauce mixture.
12. Toast the bread buns in a pan until golden brown.
13. Pour the orange sauce into a pan and cook it down until it thickens. The sugars will naturally thicken the sauce.
