# Coffee Pudding

## Ingredients

- 1.5 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Instant Coffee Powder
- 5 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Warm Whipping Cream
- 1.5 Tsp Instant Coffee Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Pkt Rusk
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream
- Chocolate

## Instructions

1. Pour milk into a pot
2. Add instant coffee powder and sugar
3. Mix well and heat the mixture
4. Warm the whipping cream
5. Add instant coffee powder and cocoa powder to the whipping cream and mix well
6. Soak the rusk in the milk mixture and place them on the pudding tray
7. Whip the whipping cream
8. Spread half of the cream on the rusk
9. Soak more rusk in the milk mixture and place on the cream layer
10. Pour the remaining milk mixture over the rusk
11. Spread the remaining cream
12. Add melted chocolate on top for decorating
13. Refrigerate for four hours

## Tips

- Full fat milk and instant coffee powder are used for the recipe
- Use chilled whipping cream
