## Ingredients

- 30 Oreo cookies
- 100 grams Butter
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 100 grams Powdered sugar
- 50 grams Chocolate syrup

## Instructions

1. Separate the Oreo cookies and crush the cookie part using the mortar and pestle.
2. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter in a bowl.
3. Roll the mixture into a flat sheet using a rolling pin.
4. In a separate bowl whisk together the heavy cream, powdered sugar and the oreo cream filling until soft peaks form.
5. Spread the cream mixture over the flat cookie dough.
6. Roll up the mixture to create a log shape.
7. Cut the log into slices.
8. Decorate with extra cream and chocolate syrup
