## Ingredients

- 800 ml leche fría
- 100 gr azúcar
- 100 gr maicena
- 200 ml café
- 0 cacao en polvo

## Instructions

1. En una olla, mezclar la maicena con la leche fría.
2. Añadir el azúcar.
3. Agregar una taza de café.
4. Remover hasta que espese.
5. Pasar a un molde.
6. Tapar con film transparente y refrigerar durante unas horas.
7. Desmoldar y espolvorear con cacao en polvo.
