## Ingredients

- 2 Apples (sweeter variety; peeled, cored, chopped)
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Plain thick yogurt (Greek yogurt works great)
- shredded coconut

## Instructions

1. Peel, core, and chop the apples, then add them to the blender; smaller pieces blend more smoothly.
2. Add the 3 eggs and 3 tablespoons of yogurt straight into the blender.
3. Blend for 30–60 seconds until pale and smooth, like a thick fruit purée that slowly pours.
4. Line the pan with parchment (or lightly grease). Pour in the batter and tap the pan gently to release air bubbles.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 40 minutes.
6. Let cool 10–15 minutes before slicing.
7. Finish with a light sprinkle of coconut or cinnamon.

## Equipment

- Blender
- mixing bowl
- 6-inch pan
- parchment paper
- oven

## Tips

- Use sweeter apples for better flavor.
- If needed, add 1-2 tsp honey.
- For extra pudding-like texture, chill for 1 hour before eating.
- Don’t use an oversized pan; the cake should stay thick and moist.
