## Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 0.5 of diced onion
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 0.5 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 ketchup
- 1 mustard
- 1 pickle

## Instructions

1. Start by browning one pound of ground beef the way you normally would.
2. Add half a diced onion and some kosher salt to taste.
3. Once there's no pink left, go ahead and drain all of the fat out of your pan.
4. Add one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
5. Mix that up, let it cook for a minute or two, then turn off the heat.
6. Get that out of the way and bring in a 9 inch greased pie pan.
7. Pour all your meat into that pan and then get it out of the way because you're going to need a mixing bowl.
8. Crack two eggs into the mixing bowl at the same time.
9. Add one cup of buttermilk, a tablespoon of melted butter, and whisk those until they're combined.
10. Add a half cup of flour and one teaspoon of baking powder.
11. Whisk that until it's smooth.
12. Pour it on top of your meat pie.
13. Grate at least a cup of cheddar cheese on top.
14. Throw this in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
