## Ingredients

- goat cheese
- cream cheese
- green onion
- bacon
- bit salt
- bit pepper
- orange zest
- pistachios
- fresh cranberries

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, add goat cheese, cream cheese, green onion, bacon, a bit of salt, a bit of pepper, and orange zest.
2. Mix that up until it's all combined.
3. Roll that into a log shape and pop that in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
4. Chop up some pistachios and also some fresh cranberries.
5. Take that cheese log out of the fridge.
6. Roll it to crust the outside with pistachios and cranberries.
7. Drizzle some hot honey on the outside.
