## Ingredients

- 1 cup dried white rice
- 2 cups cabbage, diced
- 18-20 whole frozen potstickers
- to taste for garnish green onion, diced
- for drizzle chili oil (optional)
- for drizzle spicy mayo (optional)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tsp garlic, minced

## Instructions

1. Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
2. Pour in rice and diced cabbage, mixing everything evenly.
3. Tuck the frozen potstickers into the mixture.
4. Wrap the dish tightly in foil and bake at 375 degrees until the rice is tender.
5. Top with diced green onion, chili oil, or spicy mayo and serve with sautéed vegetables.
