## Ingredients

- 5 eggs
- sugar
- flour
- cocoa powder
- 180 g dark chocolate
- water

## Instructions

1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
2. In a bowl, combine egg yolks, sugar, water, flour, and cocoa powder. Whisk until smooth.
3. In another bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped egg whites.
5. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
6. Bake the cake.
7. Melt dark chocolate with water.
8. Combine the melted chocolate with flour and milk to make a chocolate cream.
9. Cut out bear shapes from the baked chocolate cake.
10. Place some chocolate cream inside a bear-shaped mold and top with a bear-shaped cake piece.
11. Decorate the cake sandwich with whipped cream, strawberries, and white chocolate for the bear's snout and eyes.
