# Chocolate Rocky Road

## Ingredients

- sponge cake
- 78 grams instant pudding mix
- 1 litre whole milk
- 2 tsp cornflour slurry
- milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- milk
- milk chocolate chunks
- milk chocolate shavings
- 1 cup baking chocolate
- 200 ml regular cream
- 0.25 cup milk

## Instructions

1. Boil milk and add an instant pudding sachet and cornflour slurry to it and cook this for a minute.
2. Transfer to a bowl and whisk until it reaches room temperature.
3. Beat whipping cream for a minute, then add the pudding mixture and beat for another minute.
4. Melt chocolate and cream over a double boiler, then add milk for the right pouring consistency.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the sachet from the instant pudding with some milk.
6. Layer the sponge cake in a dish and pour the pudding mix over it, then top with chocolate chunks.
7. Add the pudding cream mixture and then the chocolate ganache.
8. Garnish with chocolate shavings and chill before serving.
