## Ingredients

- 1 lb 99% lean ground chicken
- 0.25 cup Trader Joe’s fat-free pizza sauce
- 4 servings Trader Joe’s light shredded mozzarella
- 1.5 servings turkey pepperoni
- 0.25 cup grated parmesan
- Spray oil
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Black pepper
- Adobo all-purpose seasoning
- Oregano

## Instructions

1. Lay parchment paper down and spray well with oil.
2. Add ground chicken, spray the top, place another parchment sheet over it, and roll into a thin round/oval.
3. Remove top parchment and clean up edges with a spatula if needed to get the desired shape.
4. Sprinkle your seasonings (onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, adobo all-purpose seasoning, and oregano) evenly over the chicken.
5. Add fillings to one side only: pizza sauce, then mozzarella cheese, then turkey pepperoni.
6. Use parchment to lift and fold the plain chicken side over the filled side to form the calzone.
7. Press the edges with a fork to fully seal the calzone.
8. Spray lightly and add parmesan cheese on top of the calzone.
9. Trim down the parchment paper and place the calzone on an air fryer tray.
10. Air fry or bake at 400°F for approximately 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
11. Flip the calzone, spray lightly, add remaining parmesan, and cook until both sides are golden and browned.
12. Let the cooked calzone sit for a few minutes before cutting to prevent the filling from oozing out.
13. Top with fresh basil and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
