# Spinach Dip

This is a recipe for spinach dip, made with cream cheese, spinach, parmesan cheese, sour cream, ranch dip powder, garlic salt, mozzarella cheese, and paprika.

## Ingredients

- a little olive oil
- 8 ounce garlic and herb cream cheese
- 2 blocks regular cream cheese
- 2 boxes thawed frozen spinach
- as much as you like parmesan cheese
- sour cream
- 1 packet Ranch Dip powder
- a little garlic salt
- mozzarella cheese
- a little paprika

## Instructions

1. Cover the bottom of the pan with some boiling water and a little olive oil.
2. Mix in 8 ounces of garlic and herb cream cheese and two blocks of regular cream cheese until melted.
3. Combine two boxes of thawed frozen spinach and mix it very well.
4. Add your Parmesan cheese and stir it all together.
5. Add some sour cream.
6. Add a whole packet of Ranch Dip powder and a little bit of garlic salt.
7. Put the mixture in an oven safe dish.
8. Top it with some parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and a little bit of paprika.
9. Put it in the oven on broil until it looks the way you like.
