# 3 Ingredients Homemade Ice Cream

## Ingredients

- 8 sachets powdered peak milk
- 2 cups water
- to taste sugar
- 500 ml sweetened whip cream
- milk essence
- vanilla flavor

## Instructions

1. Make condensed milk by adding powdered milk and water to a bowl.
2. Add sugar to taste and mix well.
3. Pour mixture into a pot and cook over the stove.
4. Stir continuously until mixture thickens.
5. Pour condensed milk into a bowl and set aside.
6. Pour sweetened whip cream into a bowl.
7. Use a hand mixer to whip the cream.
8. Add condensed milk to the whipped cream and mix well.
9. Divide the ice cream mixture into two equal bowls.
10. Add milk essence to one bowl and vanilla flavor to the other bowl.
11. Mix well and then transfer the ice cream mixtures to ice cream containers.
12. Put the ice cream into the freezer for 6 hours.
