# Homemade Marshmallows

This recipe shows how to make marshmallows with only one ingredient.

## Ingredients

- 1 sachet gelatin
- 250 ml hot water
- 250 ml cold water

## Instructions

1. Add a sachet of gelatin to a bowl.
2. Add 250 ml of hot water and stir to combine.
3. Add 250 ml of cold water.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Beat with an electric mixer until it doubles its size and turns a lighter color.
6. Pour into a mold with baking paper.
7. Refrigerate overnight.
8. Cut into squares.
