## Ingredients

- 10 chicken tenders
- 1 handful flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch onion powder
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 portion corn starch
- 1 portion baking powder
- 1 can club soda
- 1 portion ketchup
- 1 portion brown sugar
- 1 portion apple cider vinegar
- 1 portion Worcestershire sauce
- 1 portion hot sauce
- 1 portion honey
- 4 cubes butter
- 1 portion ranch

## Instructions

1. Hit the tenders with a handful of flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix it all up and allow the tenders to dry out.
2. To the flour add cornstarch and baking powder, and the same seasoning as before. Transfer one-third of that mixture into another bowl.
3. Crack in club soda, and mix until it resembles a thin pancake batter consistency.
4. Dip the dry tender into the wet batter, then into the dry, one last time into the wet, and then just finish into the dry.
5. To make the honey barbecue, you will need ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and your favorite hot sauce. Mix well.
6. Add honey and butter cubes to the mix.
7. Drop the tenders into the oil set at 350. After 5-6 minutes, allow them to rest. Then back in for one minute to get nice and golden.
