# Stuffed Salmon with Spinach Dip

## Ingredients

- 1/2 whole salmon filet
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz fresh spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella
- cajun spice blend, Morton & Bassett

## Instructions

1. Using a knife, cut a slit down the center of the salmon filet lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
2. Season the salmon liberally with Cajun spice blend.
3. Spoon the spinach dip mixture into the center slit of the salmon.
4. Fold the edges of the salmon over the filling and season the top with more Cajun spice blend.
